This property had a kitchen and laundry make over. Removal of some walls to enlarge the living room, as well as new flooring and painting through out.
This project consisted of making good, ready for the next tenant. The scope of works involved; demolition of all interior walls making it a blank canvas, extending platform, plastering, minor electrical and plumbing.
Scope of works was to convert a storage room to a staff room with a kitchenette a data line for computers / phone. Ramps were also incorporated around the school to accommodate for disabled students.
The Club Pharmacy was in need of some minor repairs and renovations. Scope of works included were adding extra gondolas, shelving, additional lights and freshening up with a coat of paint.
